New: Team Comparison Dashboard — See Your Whole Team at a Glance
Managing one athlete’s progress is straightforward. Managing a roster of 15, 30, or 50? That’s where coaches lose hours scrolling through individual profiles, trying to remember who’s trending up and who’s been stuck for weeks.
Today we’re shipping the Team Comparison Dashboard — a single view that shows your entire team’s plyometric performance side-by-side.
What the Dashboard Shows
Open the Team Comparison Dashboard and you’ll see every athlete in your coaching club displayed in a sortable, filterable grid. Each athlete card shows:
- Current metrics — vertical jump, reactive strength index, ground contact time
- Trend indicator — up, down, or flat over the past 30 days
- Last session date — immediately spot who hasn’t trained recently
- Volume load — total ground contacts in the current training block
Click any athlete to drill into their full profile. But the real power is in the comparison view.
Compare Athletes Side-by-Side
Select two or more athletes and hit Compare. You’ll get:
- Overlay charts showing performance curves on the same timeline
- Percentage change calculations so you can see who improved most
- Metric breakdowns comparing specific measurements
This is the view you want when a parent asks “How is my kid doing compared to others?” or when you need to group athletes by ability level for drill progressions.
Spot Who’s Improving Fastest
The dashboard includes a Top Improvers leaderboard. It automatically ranks athletes by their rate of improvement over the past 4 weeks.
Use this to:
- Recognize athletes who are putting in the work
- Identify what’s working in their programs
- Motivate the team by sharing progress (with permission)
Improvement velocity matters more than absolute numbers. An athlete who jumped 18 inches last month and hits 21 inches today is progressing faster than someone stuck at 28 inches for six weeks — even though the second athlete still jumps higher.
Catch Plateaus Early
The flip side of improvement is stagnation. The dashboard flags athletes whose key metrics have flatlined or declined over two consecutive weeks.
Plateau detection helps you:
- Intervene before frustration sets in
- Adjust training variables (volume, intensity, rest)
- Check in with the athlete about recovery, sleep, or external stressors
Early intervention is always easier than digging out of a months-long rut.
Filter by Position, Age, or Custom Tags
Coaches working with large teams can slice the data by:
- Position/sport — compare all your basketball guards or soccer midfielders
- Age group — see 14-year-olds separately from 18-year-olds
- Custom tags — any labels you’ve applied to athletes
This makes the dashboard useful whether you’re a high school coach managing one team or a performance facility working across multiple sports.

Built for Coaches Who Manage Teams
We built this because coaches kept telling us the same thing: “I love the individual athlete views, but I need to see everyone together.”
The Team Comparison Dashboard solves that problem. Less time clicking through profiles. More time coaching.
If you’re managing multiple athletes and want to make data-driven decisions without the spreadsheet gymnastics, give it a try.
